How do I reach someone if I have a problem with my shoes?

What is your return policy on shoes?
We will take returns on the shoes if they do not fit or are not exactly what you wanted. Must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
How do I return shoes?
1. log into “my account” on homepage
2. Lick on “Return Order”
3. Select “return items” and enter order number
4. After items are entered please lick proceed (postage not included on returns)
5. If you would like to exchange an item please click “exchange item”
